01About these terms
These terms describe the use of vagusscience.info and the materials presented by Neural Insight Lab. The website contact is Nolan Mercer, at [email protected].
Read these terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these website terms, do not use the interactive tools. Any paid service requires a separate written agreement.
02Research services and intended use
Neural Insight Lab describes focused reviews of published literature for professional research and product teams. A research brief can organize a question, selected sources, methods, findings, limitations and references within an agreed scope.
Website descriptions and format examples do not represent completed client projects, guaranteed findings, published original studies or endorsements by researchers or institutions. A format guide illustrates document structure, not a completed scientific assessment.
03Agreeing a project
Sending an enquiry or preparing an outline does not commission work, reserve capacity or create a payment obligation. Before paid work begins, the parties must agree the operator’s contracting details, research question, deliverables, timing, fees and other relevant terms in writing.
No payments are taken on this website. Pricing, cancellations, refunds, confidentiality and rights to commissioned deliverables must be addressed in the separate project agreement.
04Website forms and account interfaces
The enquiry tool lets you prepare and copy an outline locally. You decide whether to send it through your email application. Form entries are not submitted to this website’s server.
The account and subscription interfaces do not establish accounts, authenticate credentials, activate subscriptions or send messages. An interface action must not be treated as confirmation of an account, subscription, accepted project or delivered email. Please contact Nolan directly when you need a confirmed response.
Do not enter an existing password used for another service. You must not enter another person’s contact details without their authority.
05Research boundaries
Materials are provided for professional information and research planning. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical validation or regulatory approval. Do not use them as the sole basis for medical, safety-critical or regulatory decisions.
Published studies differ in quality, methods and applicability. A focused brief is limited by its search scope, available sources and preparation date. It is not a systematic review or exhaustive evidence assessment unless a separate agreement expressly specifies the relevant methodology.
References support traceability; they do not imply that the authors or publishers endorse Neural Insight Lab.
06Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and for its intended purpose. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt the website.
- Use forms or contact information for spam, bulk solicitation, phishing or harassment.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation.
- Upload or disclose patient information, unlawful content or confidential material without appropriate arrangements.
- Represent a website example or research brief as medical certification or regulatory authorization.
07Materials and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, original diagrams and interface design are made available for viewing and evaluating the described services. You may link to public pages and retain a copy for your own internal evaluation.
Third-party publications remain subject to their owners’ rights and access conditions. Website use does not grant a right to reproduce or redistribute those publications. Rights to a commissioned brief must be specified in the project agreement.
08Communications and optional emails
Questions and project discussions may be handled through the published contact address. An enquiry is not permission to send unrelated promotional emails.
Optional research notes require separate permission. Any active marketing email must identify the sender and provide a clear way to unsubscribe. The local subscription interface on this website does not activate a mailing-list entry.
09Availability and responsibility
Reasonable care should be taken in presenting website information, but uninterrupted availability, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. You are responsible for checking source material and obtaining the specialist advice appropriate to your intended use.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability provisions for paid work must be set out in the separate project agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
10Changes, concerns and contact
These website terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website. The effective date appears above. Changes to a separately agreed project require the process set out in that agreement.
If you have a concern about the website, a source reference or these terms, contact [email protected]. The applicable law and any dispute arrangements for commissioned work must be identified in its written agreement; these terms do not limit mandatory local rights.
